We begin our journey with a visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza, with a private opening with a special ceremony in the majestic chamber of the Cheops pyramid (KUFU), lying in its lidless red granite sarcophagus from 460 BC. Here we immerse ourselves in the energies of these powerful pyramids and attune our light body to the high frequencies of this journey.

As you arrive at the Crystal Cave, you step into a hidden sanctuary formed naturally over thousands of years, filled with shimmering quartz formations that quietly hold and amplify energy. There is a stillness here that cannot be explained, only felt.

Quartz has long been known to amplify clarity and intention. In this space, your mind begins to slow down, your body softens, and something deeper comes forward.

Deep in the heart of the desert, hidden among ancient rock formations, lies a sacred place: the breathtaking Djara Cave. A natural cathedral of stalactites, shaped over thousands of years by primordial waters, wind, and the forces of nature.

We enter the cave barefoot, in silence. The ground is soft with fine sand, and the air is filled with a cool dampness, a striking contrast to the desert heat. In the dim light, we gently kindle a soft glow and connect in this magical place through meditation and a sound journey, honouring the majestic cave and allowing ourselves to dive into the deeper layers of consciousness back to the origins, to the Earth, to stillness. The natural acoustics of the cave amplify every sound, every vibration, weaving it into our bodies and our hearts.

After our inner journey, we seek a sheltered place to set up our night camp, either in a small stalactite cave or in the open beneath the endlessly vast, starry sky of the Sahara.

Around the fire, we will share tea and lovingly prepared food, our stories, and our presence. The night becomes an invitation to surrender and to remember that we are both cosmic and earthly beings.

As night falls above you, the sky comes alive. We will witness the Orionid Meteor Shower, one of the year's most powerful celestial events, unfold in silence.

Streaks of light cross the sky, each one a reminder of scale... of time... of how small our daily concerns really are. This night is one of the most impactful moments of the entire retreat.

There is a moment in the desert where everything changes. No signal. No noise. No constant movement. Just space, endless, open space. It's quiet in a way most people have never experienced. Not empty, but deeply present. The kind of silence that doesn't take from you... it gives back.

As we enter the White Desert, the landscape feels almost unreal, soft, sculpted formations shaped by time and wind, glowing under the light like something from another world. In the White Desert, deeper connections open up. This unique landscape, with its bizarre limestone formations, is often experienced as a high-frequency place, like a portal to other planets.

The Black Desert rises darker, volcanic, grounded. A contrast that brings you back into your body. The Black Desert is more than just a landscape of dark hills and volcanic rock; it is a space of silence, clarity, and grounding, a place of inner reflection, where we can discover vastness within ourselves. Here, the energy feels different. Stronger. More stabilising. More real.

Together, these two landscapes create a powerful balance: Expansion and grounding. Stillness and strength. Vision and embodiment.

We will have a special stop at Crystal Mountain, a natural hill composed of quartz crystals. It acts as an activator for our subtle, crystalline body. Here, we consciously connect with the Earth's electromagnetic field and with our own vibration. It is a moment of alignment and energetic recharge.

The day ends with a sunset that etches itself into the heart and a night beneath the desert's starlit sky, reminding us of our cosmic origins.

Clarity doesn't come from more effort; it comes from space. By the time we leave the desert, you will feel the shift. Feeling lighter, more grounded, and more present.

The Nile Dahabiya Experience, From Effort to Flow

We begin this part of the journey by flying to Aswan, the gateway to Upper Egypt, where the rhythm of life naturally slows down. From here, we step onto a traditional dahabiya sailboat and begin our journey along the Nile.

As the boat moves gently with the current, there is nothing to rush toward, only the experience of being present. Enjoy traditional Nubian lunch with a selection of many different types of local fish while listening to the authentic music performance on the Nile.

In the late afternoon, we set out by boat toward a secluded island on the Nile, where the beautifully curated boutique hotel NOPREA awaits. Enjoy a freshly prepared traditional Nubian dinner, created by the village hosts, followed by an evening of live music and dance, a vibrant celebration of culture, rhythm, and connection.

SPECIAL CEREMONY AT ISIS GATES

Deep in the south of Egypt, surrounded by the gentle waters of the Nile, lies a place of unparalleled beauty and feminine power: the Temple of Isis on Philae. Isis is the goddess of love, magic, fertility, and deep healing. She is the Mother of all Mothers, guardian of life and rebirth.

In ancient Egyptian mythology, Isis was: Mistress of magic and divine creation, Keeper of sacred femininity and spiritual initiation, Healer of the soul's wounds, Bridge between the worlds.

In the golden light of dawn, at sunrise, we visit the original entrance gate of the Temple of Isis, which now rests submerged in the Nile, a sacred portal to your heart. Here, we offer gifts to the Goddess of Love, asking for her guidance and support.

In the evening, during the Hunter's Full Moon, we return to the Isis Portal to connect in silence with the moon and starlight and with the unique energy of this sacred place, and to send our prayers and offerings to Grandmother Moon.

Travel via the Nile on a dahabiya to Luxor, visiting the Kom Ombo Temple.

Transfer to 5-star hotel and overnight stay. After arriving at the hotel, there will be time to rest, take a dip in the pool, and prepare to witness the beautifully illuminated Luxor Temple by night.

SPECIAL CEREMONY AT TEMPLE OF SEKHMET

One of the largest temple complexes in the world, built over generations. The Karnak Temple is not only one of the largest temple complexes in the world, but it is a living frequency field, a place where ancient energies are palpable and the portals of initiation stand wide open.

Here we encounter Sekhmet, the powerful lioness goddess, guardian of fire, healing, transformation, and absolute truth. In a hidden chamber at the heart of Karnak stands her statue, powerful, watchful, alive. In a silent ceremony, we enter her sacred space to receive clarity, strength, and divine alignment. Once touched by her presence, she becomes a lifelong ally on your path.

Then we proceed to the Temple of Osiris to obtain the seven keys to unlock the seven gates where the god Osiris resides. The Seven Ankhs and Seven Gates symbolise the soul's stages of initiation.

In the heart of Dendera lies one of Egypt's most powerful energy centres: the Temple of Hathor, the cosmic womb. A place built not only of stone, but of frequency, light codes, and celestial memory. Hathor holds the wisdom of cosmic rhythms and serves as a portal between life and death.

We travel out into the clear waters of the Red Sea, one of the most beautiful marine environments in the world. As the boat glides across the water, the atmosphere begins to change. The air feels softer. Your body relaxes... And then, often when you least expect it, dolphins appear.

Graceful, intelligent, and naturally curious, they move effortlessly through the water, sometimes swimming alongside the boat, sometimes inviting a quiet, unspoken connection.

Snorkelling here is not just an activity. It's a moment of complete presence.

After our last shared breakfast, our sacred journey comes to an end. With open hearts, activated light bodies, and deep soul memories, we begin the journey home.
